The Project Manager will play a critical role in the delivery of projects and getting things over the line. This position requires full-time on-site presence.

  • Lead the delivery of IT initiatives through all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Management of all IT project requirements and artifacts, such as scope, schedule, cost, resourcing, risk, change and quality management
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables, leveraging Microsoft Azure DevOps for full artifact traceability
  • Manage communications at all levels of the organization and business stakeholders
  • Proactively engage in coaching of team members and foster innovative and creative thinking
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of project management and IT experience with demonstrated career progression
  • Strong people and process, leadership, and management skills
  • Able to problem solve and provide solutions with the right sense of urgency
  • An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
  • An influential decision maker with sound judgment and analytical support

Bonus:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent designation
