About the Role: As a Residential Specialist, you’ll empower individuals with disabilities to live more independently and confidently in their homes. Location: Lemon Grove Pay: The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $20.65 Schedule: Thurs- Sat 3p-11p Who you are: Compassionate, upbeat, and ready to make someone’s day Comfortable working with different personalities and needs A strong communicator who loves teamwork Dependable and committed to creating a positive environment A typical day will include: Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization. Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals. Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment.   What you’ll need to be successful: High school diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
