Change Control Manager w/Secret Clearance

We are seeking a Change Control Manager for the CSES contract.   The Change Control Manager manages change processes and tools, maintains the change schedule, and coordinates with CCS and DT process and service owners. This position ensures that changes are assessed, scheduled, communicated, approved, and executed in a controlled manner that minimizes disruption and supports service reliability.
