Job Description
We are looking for a Design Manager to oversee our Mumbai-based design studio, which delivers template-based collateral and desktop publishing services for Milliman practices and corporate teams worldwide. You will manage and mentor a team of production designers and desktop publishing designers, ensuring consistent quality, brand compliance, and timely delivery across high-volume, process-driven work. This role focuses on production excellence and reports directly to the head of Brand & Creative. You will ensure that every deliverable meets Milliman's brand standards while optimizing workflows for efficiency and scale. As a people manager, you will develop team capabilities, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of precision and continuous improvement.
