This is an hourly level position.

Filler Operator
Responsibilities:
- Can safely lift up to 50lbs
- Understands and can explain the theory of operation
- Performs Metal Check/ Product Screening for foreign materials
- Metal Check Calibration Procedures, Electric Scale and it’s operation
- HACCP
- Packaging Eatem Foods Products
- Product Recognition
- Completes all required paperwork
- Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
- Works as a team member
- Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment

- Can safely lift up to 50lbs
- Understands and can explain the theory of operation
- Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process
- Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed
- Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure
- Completes all required paperwork
- Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
- Works as a team member
- Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment

- Knowledge of GMP’s.
- Basic computer skills, Word and Excel.
- Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
- Exhibit regular and timely attendance
- Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitude
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
- Ability to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.
- Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
