Finance Consultant – D365 Finance & Operations

Role Summary

Support the design and configuration of D365 Finance, ensuring alignment to business needs, standard processes, and a multi-entity finance model.

Core Knowledge

- Strong finance knowledge: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank
- Financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations
- Chart of Accounts & financial dimensions
- Multi-entity and consolidated reporting
- Finance workflows and controls

Core important points

-Time zone flexibility with Canada time.

-Client facing and good communication.

-Knowledge of business and implementation methodology (preferably HSO)

 

Key Skills

- Experience with D365 Finance or ERP systems.
- Fit/Gap analysis and fit-to-standard approach.
- Configuration and business validation.
- SIT / UAT support and defect resolution.
- Data migration (mapping, validation).
- Problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
