This position involves supporting community members in Vancouver’s Downtown East Side (DTES) through relationship-building, compassionate care, and practical assistance. The role focuses on engaging individuals with dignity and respect, fostering trust, and responding to both immediate and longer-term needs. Responsibilities include connecting guests to appropriate resources such as housing, clothing, shelter, recovery programs, and other community supports.

This is a casual position with flexible and varying hours, scheduled based on program needs and availability. The starting wage range for this position is $ 23.82-$26.03 per hour.
