We take pride in delivering expert diagnostics and top-quality repairs, ensuring first responders can rely on their equipment when it matters most.

This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys both shop and field work. Approximately 50% of the position is based in the shop, with the remaining time spent traveling to customer sites within a 2–4 hour radius to perform diagnostics, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on emergency vehicles and equipment.

Every service call directly supports firefighters, EMS providers, and first responders who depend on their equipment to perform when seconds matter.
