Rehabilitation Specialist

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 2pm – 10pm

The Segue I Residential Transition Program assists with helping individuals transition out of state psychiatric hospitals. Segue clients are clinically stable and ready to leave the hospital. The services provided assist clients with learning how to manage their illnesses and develop independent living skills. This direct care position will provide a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages the overall independence and wellbeing of our clients.
