We’re looking for a top-tier Lead Installer who takes pride in their work, solves problems independently, and delivers clean, professional installations every time.

This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for someone who operates at a high level and wants to be part of a company that values craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead installation of custom cabinetry in high-end residential projects
Interpret shop drawings and execute installs with precision
Handle field modifications and problem-solving without constant oversight
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
Represent Feist Cabinets professionally with clients and builders
Install trim, moldings, hardware, and specialty components to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

5+ years installing custom cabinetry (high-end preferred)
Strong finish carpentry skills—this is detail work, not production installs
Ability to read plans and think ahead on installs
Someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn’t cut corners
Professional communication with clients and team
Reliable, punctual, and organized
