Event Show Demonstrator / Brand Ambassador

NuFace Home Improvements is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We offer custom bath remodeling solutions that enrich the lives of our customers with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free.

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors/Event Demonstrators for the Berlin, CT market and surrounding areas to join our growing team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will interact with event attendees, educate them about our products, and generate quality sales leads for our team.

Compensation

• $15.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Plus commission and performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and lead generation
• Paid training provided

Essential Duties

• Attract visitors and represent the company at trade shows, fairs, expos, and events
• Promote products and provide basic product information to attendees
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultation appointments
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout events
• Ensure booth cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Engage passers-by and encourage participation and interaction
• Explain key product features and benefits
• Collect contact information and secure entry forms
• Submit daily leads and event results to the Event Coordinator

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to scheduled events
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work weekends
• Customer service, retail sales, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus
