LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (POOL FOR EXTERNAL APPLICANTS)

• WA State LPN license
• First Aid/CPR certification completed through either the American Red Cross or American Heart Association only and must include a hands-on, in person skills session to be considered valid.
