About Us

Codornices Veterinary Clinic, part of the AmeriVet family, is a busy six-doctor veterinary hospital dedicated to providing high-quality care to pets and excellent service to their families. Our team works in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and compassion are essential.

Schedule

Must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Compensation

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. This position is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, strong multitasker, and comfortable working in a very busy reception environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets and provide friendly customer service

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments

  • Manage client communications including reminders and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate client and patient records

  • Process payments and assist with check-in and check-out

  • Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians to support patient care

  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer and scheduling software skills

  • Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced veterinary clinic environment

  • Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds may be required
