Job Description

As a key member of the HR team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and high-quality HR experience for employees across all departments and levels. You will be the go-to partner for accurate, timely, and service-oriented HR administration, supporting both employees and line managers in day-to-day HR matters.

Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Managers, you will help deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.


More about the role:

 

  • Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
  • Support line managers and employees on HR topics in Dutch and English
  • Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
  • Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities
  • Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments

 

More about you:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
  • Very good understanding of HR Process and systems , up to date HR knowledge
  • Proficient in Dutch and English
  • Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Dutch labor law, administration and payroll 
  • User experience in SuccessFactors and SAP
