Customs Coordinator – Import fixed term (m/f/x)

For our european distribution center in Weil am Rhein we are looking for you as Customs Coordinator (m/f/x) as a parental leave cover.

Your Responsibilities

• Import customs clearance from third countries

• Shipping declaration DHL and daily price query for upcoming special transports

• Invoice control

• Freight cost documentation and control

• Master data maintenance

• Contact to forwarders and the customs office

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent knowledge

• Experience in customs is an advantage

• Good MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel

• Independent and committed work

• Fluent German and good English skills
