Join us as a Pricing Specialist and become part of a team at the heart of the company’s strategic and commercial decision-making. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills to support price maintenance activities, ensure pricing data integrity, and provide internal support for pricing-related inquiries. You will also contribute to reporting, dashboard management, and the continuous improvement of the department’s tools, processes, and tracking methods.
Responsibilities
Pricing Maintenance & Internal Customer Support
- Execute pricing updates using available pricing tools.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing data.
- Provide internal support and guidance on pricing-related matters.
- Assist in identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies and anomalies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and produce sales and profitability reports for business partners.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of information shared through dashboards.
- Support the team in preparing analyses, recommendations, and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities and generating data-driven insights.
Data Management & Integrity
- Maintain various data elements required by the Revenue Management and Commercial Strategy teams.
- Participate in validating and enhancing the quality of data used for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills
- Comfortable working with databases and large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and multi-variable charts.
- Experience working with multiple software applications, databases, and information sources (SQL, AS400, Power BI).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, including the creation of visually compelling reports and presentations.
- Basic SQL programming knowledge.

Requirements
- University degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or equivalent).
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. Canadian and international partners.
