In This Role

As a Device Concierge Sales Specialist, you will own a portfolio of small, mid-market, and high-growth business accounts, driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, strategic account management, and end-to-end sales execution. You will serve as the primary sales contact for your assigned territory, working closely with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, generate pipeline, close deals, and expand device adoption. This role combines relationship management, consultative selling, pipeline development, partner collaboration, and data-driven sales execution to achieve consistent year-over-year revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own Customer Revenue & Portfolio Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and small-to-medium business accounts.
  • Protect existing revenue while identifying opportunities for account expansion and new customer acquisition.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth through proactive account planning and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to influence purchasing decisions and long-term adoption.

Drive End-to-End Deal Execution

  • Own sales opportunities through the full lifecycle, from discovery and qualification to close.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, partners, pricing resources, and support teams to accelerate deals.
  • Leverage available programs, incentives, and funding mechanisms to remove obstacles and move opportunities forward.
  • Deliver high-touch concierge support for strategic and high-value opportunities.

Generate & Manage Pipeline

  • Support inbound and partner-generated opportunities while creating net-new demand through outbound prospecting.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and develop qualified sales opportunities.
  • Expand adoption within underpenetrated or inactive customer accounts.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve activity and revenue targets.

Partner & Stakeholder Orchestration

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Enable partners with sales support, deal guidance, and program knowledge.
  • Ensure effective co-selling motions and lead management processes.
  • Align customer and partner engagement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.

Deliver Sales Insights & Operational Excellence

  • Track pipeline performance, forecasting, and key sales metrics.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales programs, playbooks, incentives, and processes.
  • Support scalable sales initiatives, including AI-driven selling strategies and automation capabilities.
  • Identify sales process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of sales execution and negotiation experience.
  • 5+ years of account management experience.
  • 5+ years of pipeline generation and pipeline management experience.
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth within a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and customer engagements.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools to manage sales activities and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience selling or supporting laptop, tablet, endpoint device, or hardware solutions in a commercial environment.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, resellers, or indirect sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing territory growth plans.
  • Experience with solution-based or consultative technology sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled sales tools, automation platforms, and modern sales engagement practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and reporting to inform sales strategy.
  • Experience supporting SMB and mid-market customer segments.

Salary Range

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $23 - $25.53 USD/HR. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
