SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles Valet parking vehicles Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions Identifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets This is a part-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
