- Mentor and train junior sales staff, contributing to their professional development and helping build the client pipeline.
- Oversee a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level Account Managers.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service through collaboration with internal teams.
- Review accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Consistently exceed annual sales targets, with a goal of $1 million in revenue or more.
- Track and report sales progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Play a pivotal role in the sales department’s overall growth strategy, contributing to long-term business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on high-value clients.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing teams and contributing to sales strategies.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- A creative, flexible mindset with a passion for exploring innovative ways to connect with clients and promote services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information in an accessible way.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight trips as needed.
- Competitive compensation:
- Base salary 80-100k depending on experience
- 1st yr range 115k-180k+, 2nd yr range and after 155k-280k++
- No cap on commissions and commission paid out monthly
