You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership - balancing hands-on delivery with stakeholder influence - bringing structure, pace, and clarity to hiring in a fast-moving, creatively led environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own Hiring Across the US

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas and disciplines

  • Drive pace, structure and accountability across all hiring activity

  • Maintain a focus on high direct hiring rates (85%+) and reduced reliance on agencies

  • Deliver consistently strong outcomes across both mid-level and senior hires

Partner and Influence Senior Stakeholders

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers

  • Bring clarity to hiring priorities and challenge where needed to improve outcomes

  • Align stakeholders across teams, balancing competing priorities and driving decisions

  • Elevate hiring practices through coaching, guidance, and clear expectations

Improve How We Hire

  • Embed consistent, efficient and scalable hiring processes

  • Raise the bar on candidate experience and hiring manager engagement

  • Ensure hiring is aligned to both business needs and market realities

  • Bring structure to environments that need focus and prioritization

Drive Performance Through Data

  • Track and optimize key hiring metrics (time to fill, direct hiring, pipeline health)

  • Use data and market insight to guide decision-making and improve delivery

  • Provide clear visibility of hiring activity and progress to senior stakeholders

Own Agency Strategy and Spend

  • Manage agency partnerships where required, ensuring strong delivery and alignment

  • Drive a disciplined approach to agency usage, balancing speed, quality and cost

  • Actively reduce unnecessary external spend by strengthening direct sourcing

Build Talent Pipelines

  • Partner with the business to anticipate future hiring needs

  • Build and maintain proactive, high-quality talent pipelines

  • Develop targeted attraction strategies across key skill areas

ABOUT YOU

You’re a senior, in-house recruiter who combines strong delivery with real stakeholder influence. You’re comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, managing complexity, and bringing structure where it’s needed.

Your strengths:

  • Proven experience leading hiring in a creative, agency, marketing or consulting environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels

  • A commercial mindset - balancing speed, quality, and cost

  • Hands-on, delivery-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities at pace

  • Highly organized, with a structured approach to problem-solving

  • Data-driven, using insight to guide decisions and improve outcomes

  • Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing

Why Join Us

  • Play a key role in shaping Talent Acquisition across the US business

  • Work directly with senior leaders across a highly creative global organization

  • High impact role with real ownership and visibility
