Position: Dietary Supervisor
Salary: $70,304 – $75,000 annually

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily operations of the dietary department to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Supervise, schedule, and develop dietary staff to maintain high performance standards
- Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring meals are safe, appetizing, and meet dietary requirements
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and budget controls
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care
- Monitor resident dietary needs, preferences, and satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in dietary services within a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
- Excellent organization, communication, and team-building skills
- ServSafe Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Passion for providing quality service and enhancing the resident experience
