Job Description
The Manager, Creative Operations, plays an important role on the Branding & Creative team, overseeing the traffic and resource management functions of the department. The manager orchestrates the flow of the creative and marketing projects from brief to final delivery. They oversee resource allocation, balance team workloads, establish schedules, and prevent bottlenecks across departments. Acting as the department’s operational backbone, they ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Additionally, they will conduct ongoing workload analysis, generate departmental reports, identify areas of process improvement, and provide recommendations for continued streamlined efforts.
