NAC is currently seeking a full-time Labour Administrator, initially based on our Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility project in St. Thomas, ON.
Position Summary:
The Labour Administrator supports day‑to‑day workforce operations on construction projects by managing hourly employee timecards, coordinating housing and utilities for project-based crews, conducting first‑level interviews, and facilitating new‑hire orientation. This role reports directly to the Project Manager with a strong matrix partnership with Corporate HR, ensuring alignment with company policies, workforce standards, and compliance requirements. The position requires a detail‑driven administrator who can collaborate effectively with both field operations and centralized HR teams.
