Job Description
The Assistant Guest Service Manager provides excellent service to all guests and crew members while assisting the GSM with the management of all aspects of the Front End department. They maintain a consistent presence on the Front End ensuring that service levels are maintained and that guest satisfaction and morale is high. Assists with the effective training of all Front End crew members and communicating the importance of the role that each crew member holds. Assists with hiring, training, scheduling and supervising all Front End crew members. Additionally, they assist with tracking sales, managing the department’s budget and ordering supplies.
