Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer supports the performance, reliability, and safety of production systems across Fiber Glass Systems manufacturing facilities. This role is vital to ensuring efficient operations, continuous improvement, and equipment longevity. The engineer will design tooling and equipment, drive preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and contribute to capital project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Quality, and R&D.
