Talent Acquisition Specialist- Ukraine market (can be located in any of the Bunge Ukraine plants premises- Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Harkiv, but preferred location is in Dnipro where our other team member is located)

As a TA Specialist in Bunge in Ukraine, you will manage end-to-end recruitments for our Ukraine market – plants and offices, which will be distributed amongst the 2 local recruiters.

Be part of the Talent Acquisition for the Central Eastern Europe Region and at bigger level, the Global Bunge Center of Expertise of Talent Acquisition. Our team handles currently recruitment in several countries - Romania, Hungary, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine. As such, you could be involved in local, regional and global activities, with focus on Ukraine market.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Managing full‑cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Actively sourcing and engaging passive candidates through social media, job boards and talent pools.
• Collaborating with business leaders and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Developing employer branding initiatives and implementing branding strategies in the local market.
• Building partnerships with universities and supporting early talent recruitment activities.
• Driving diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives while managing external vendors, agencies and recruitment partners.

What to bring to the role:

• University degree and and minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting area; international companies are preferred
• Experience in working with Industrial environment is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian are required, any other European language is a plus
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing/headhunting and interview Techniques and evaluation methods
• Social Media enthusiast and sound knowledge of CV databases and professional networks. (LinkedIn Recruiter is required)
• ATS experience (we work with SuccessFactors) is a plus
• Resilient, pro-active, creative problem solver who seeks being ahead of the recruitment need
• Eager to participate to participate to career fairs and promote Bunge as employer, increasing its visibility in the market
