Customer Support Manager

Position Overview
About the position: Select’s Customer Support Manager oversees the management of client accounts and develops policies and processes to ensure positive relationships with clients.
Essential Functions
Meets regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person.
Ensures that clients are consistently satisfied with the organization's product and services, and resolves escalated issues.
Evaluates the client's needs and proposes potential solutions.
Serves as a single point of contact for the client and may coordinate the work of client service teams. Identifies and escalates cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
Provides client trainings or basic support.

Work Experience
6 or more years of related working experience is required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position works inside a climate-controlled environment.
The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Reports to Sales VP.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience is required.
