Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

 

 

Responsibilities:  

• Issue invoices to customers for T&M, contacts, and quoted projects  

• Issue monthly customer statements and A/R follow up 

• Process credit memos, as necessary 

• Update customer files with contact/billing information 

• Submit invoices through customer invoicing website, portal or via email, per customer request.  

• Perform data entry and administrative duties, as necessary 

 

 

Qualifications: 

• Previous accounts receivable experience  

• Ability to prioritize and multitask  

• Strong organizational skills  

• Deadline and detail-oriented  

• Positive and professional demeanor  

• Interact professionally with customer via verbal and written communication  

• Ability to work independently  

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$53,136.66 - $86,000.00
