What You Can Expect
Responsible for the financial review and analytical support to Zimmer Biomet in core planning, forecasting, projections and budgeting. Provide timely financial information and support for business partners to make fact-based decisions of spend that drive and support the business.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains planning & reporting templates, standards, processes
- Report on monthly financial performance against plan and/or projection
- Generates standard management reports and summarizes L2 variance commentary
- Generates templates for global FP&A reporting and presentations
- Validates reporting data and systematic reporting output
- Validates planning data and model outputs
- Performs plan consolidations and runs planning scenario models
- Leads the consolidated restatement process, inclusive of data collection and validation
- Generates ad-hoc reporting and data requests from business
- Mentors Associate Analysts and Analysts to promote the right set of knowledge, skills and behaviors required for FP&A processes

- Advanced understanding of planning processes (AOP and Projections) and global planning standards, methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of standard reporting processes and global reporting standards
- Advanced understanding of financial data systems (i.e., data source systems), data standards

Your Background
- B.S. in accounting/finance or related field required
- 3-5 plus years of experience in an analyst or accounting role, or 3-5 years of experience with successful graduation from the ZB Finance Development Program and strong performance required.
- MBA/CFA preferred
- English level advanced (required)
- Microsoft office skills advanced (required)
- Data Analytics skills advanced (required)
- Solid YoE with core planning, forecasting, projections and budgeting.
