About Cabana Bay Laundry
Join the team at our state-of-the-art laundry and warehouse facility in Apopka, Florida.
What We’re Looking For:
A dependable and customer-focused Laundry Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to ensure the timely and accurate transport of laundry items across multiple properties. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, takes pride in punctual service, and enjoys being a valued part of a hospitality operations team. Your role is key in keeping our properties stocked with fresh linens and laundered supplies that support exceptional guest experiences.

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to consistent delivery standards
• Physically capable of loading/unloading carts and lifting laundry bundles
• Detail-oriented and thorough in documenting deliveries and pickups
• Comfortable navigating local routes and using GPS or delivery apps
• Responsible, safety-minded, and accountable in all driving and handling practices
What You Will Do:
• Pick up and deliver clean and soiled laundry between laundry facility and assigned properties
• Load and unload laundry carts efficiently and safely following established procedures
• Ensure proper handling of linens and maintain cleanliness and organization within vehicle
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures for pickups/drop-offs
• Communicate with team members and property contacts to coordinate timing and special requests
• Perform routine checks on delivery vehicle to ensure safety and operational readiness
• Report any delays, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly to supervisors
• Assist with minor tasks related to laundry facility operations when needed
• Uphold high customer service standards with each delivery interaction
Your Experience Includes:
Valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
Previous experience in commercial laundry is preferred.
Minimum of six (6) months of experience driving and operating box trucks (light or medium-duty), cargo vans, small flatbed or refrigerated trucks preferred.
Must be able to follow maps or directions to meet destination in a safe and efficient manner in all weather conditions.
Ability to push or pull laundry bins/carts loaded with 200-250 lbs. of soiled or dry laundry.
Able to stand, stoop, bend, twist, lift, and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Must be guest-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
