Role: Aritech Sales Manager, IrelandLocation: Dublin, Ireland - HybridAnnual Base Salary Rate: EUR 52,785 - 62,100 About the role We are looking for a highly autonomous and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead business growth across Ireland market for Aritech Security products portfolio. This is a field-business development-focused role for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving market expansion through distributors, installers, and system integrators. The position is heavily hunter-oriented, with a minimum of 50–60% of the role focused on new business development activities. We are looking for someone proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in a dynamic commercial environment. Main responsibilities Drive commercial growth and market expansion across Ireland Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the Aritech security portfolio Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, contractors, specifiers and end-users. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security industry Monitor partner performance and proactively drive sales pipeline development Collaborate closely with marketing teams to strengthen brand awareness and support product expansion strategies Manage regular partner visits and maintain strong market presence through extensive travel Support commercial strategy, pricing discussions, forecasting, and growth planning Drive continuous improvements to sales processes, standards, and operational effectiveness Candidate Profile We are looking for a commercially strong hunter profile with excellent business development capabilities rather than a traditional account management background. The ideal candidate: Is highly self-driven and comfortable working autonomously Is proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership Is not afraid of challenges, mistakes, or trying new approaches Has strong networking and relationship-building capabilities Is transparent, collaborative, and team-oriented Can operate effectively without constant direction or supervision Has a strong growth mindset and motivation to expand the business Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. Extensive experience in sales. Technical knowledge within the security industry would be an advantage, but not essential Strong experience in sales and/or business development within the security industry Strong experience in hunter-style sales and market expansion activities Experience working with channel sales models, distributors, installers, and system integrators Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills Ability to drive revenue growth and develop long-term customer relationships Excellent organizational and reporting skills Willingness to travel Your Journey with Us:We always aim to provide a fair and valuable recruitment process for everyone.
