Job Description

Heartland Family Service operates a residential-based crisis stabilization service, Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center (CSRC). The CSRC is a voluntary 3-to-5-day stabilization program and with limited respite bed availability for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis that offers a safe, secure environment with daily access to therapy, medication management, case management services, and outpatient resources designed to stabilize the individual and assist them in returning to the community where they live. All training and supervision are provided by agency with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.

Compensation: between $54,000 and $68,316 per year (salary is determined by total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
