The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Storeroom Clerk who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is responsible and organized, and that can maintain the highest level of professionalism towards all distributors, suppliers, and employees. This position reports to the Director of Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our work environment with a positive and friendly attitude
• Assist with physical inventories for food/beverage storeroom
• Able to keep storeroom within health codes with basic cleaning
• Be able to work in extreme cold and hot environments as needed
• Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
• Understand quality standards of the hotel and ensure that all deliveries coincide with an approved purchase order
• Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards as they relate to the Purchasing Department are complied with
• Assist as necessary with all month end, quarterly or annual inventories of food, beverage, operating equipment and supplies

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Must be fluent in written and spoken Korean
• College degree preferably specializing in supply chain management and/or hotel management
• A working knowledge of hotel operations and/or warehousing procedures
• Knowledge of cost control, merchandising, and accounting
• Ability to operate computer equipment as well as order processing software and inventory software
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
