Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $24.00 to $30.00, with a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As a Renewal Retention Specialist, you’re a collaborative insurance professional with a passion for the client experience and your team members. You will bring together your advanced personal lines insurance knowledge with strong technical skills to service clients’ full lifestyle portfolio for personal lines insurance needs.

Why we’ll love You:
You’re a self-starter as well as a perfect collaborator
You’re a taskmaster with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Always think customer first, responding to internal/external clients in a timely & professional manner
Minimum of 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience in a service and client satisfaction-oriented environment.
Strong knowledge of P&C provincial underwriting criteria, portals, claims handling, handling of client inquiries
Insurance Broker Level 2 License preferred

Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
Ensure quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction
