MCMC Team Leader (Mental Health)

The purpose of Turning Point Community Programs’ My Community, My Choice Adult Day Program is to offer adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a welcoming and supportive environment where they can engage in meaningful activities that foster personal growth, skill development, and community integration. My Community, My Choice (MCMC) is designed to enhance the quality of life of participants by offering services, support, and activities tailored to each participant’s strengths, needs, and goals. Through these offerings, MCMC promotes self-sufficiency, self-advocacy, and maximum community inclusion.
