Job Description
You will lead the technical expert practice for our Experience Management stack, setting the reference architecture, standards, and best practices for VoC/VoE across Medallia and Qualtrics. You’ll be a hands-on authority for complex solution design and integrations, manage a team of platform SMEs, and scale enablement through training, code reviews, and governance. Your mandate is to maximize platform performance, data quality, and insight-to-action impact.
