Job Description

Purpose of the Job The Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst drives operational excellence across Global Finance Operations by leading process improvement and transformation initiatives. The role combines data-driven analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes, improve performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end cross-functional processes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance. Lead root cause analysis using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5 Whys, and related methodologies. Partner with senior stakeholders, and Technology teams to deliver process, automation, and transformation improvements. Prioritize improvement initiatives based on business value, risk, and impact. Support process transitions through process mapping, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, training materials, and readiness assessments. Coach and mentor teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies. Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting to measure initiative impact and business benefits. Build business cases and track benefit realization to support decision-making. Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects from discovery through implementation. Facilitate workshops, Kaizen sessions, and future-state design activities with stakeholders. Support change adoption, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement throughout project delivery. Manage project documentation including timelines, risks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and communication plans. Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to understand business challenges and drive alignment. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Promote and embed continuous improvement best practices across the organization through coaching and capability building. Knowledge, Skills + Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience within Global Finance Operations or transactional environments and in supporting process transition activities. Advanced English. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, operational excellence methodologies and with Visio, Miro, Blueworks Live, or similar process mapping tools. Experience coaching and mentoring teams on continuous improvement frameworks is desirable Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics and visualization tools. Lean or Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt). Knowledge of automation tools and technologies (RPA, workflow solutions) and of process mapping, operational controls, and process documentation. Understanding of change management principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. #LI-Hybrid #LI-CF1
