Job Description
1. Strategic Facilities Administration
Maintain centralised databases of leases, contracts, SLAs, compliance certifications, and maintenance schedules across multiple sites.
Implement and optimise workflows for facilities-related requests, approvals, and escalations.
Standardise documentation and reporting to ensure consistency across geographies.
2. Vendor & Contract Management
Support the full vendor management lifecycle: onboarding, compliance checks, performance tracking, and renewals.
Analyse vendor KPIs (response times, cost efficiency, SLA adherence).
3. Financial & Budgetary Support
Track and reconcile facilities-related expenditures on REWP Credit Card.
Follow up on outstanding Vendor invoices Communication & Coordination
Act as the remote point of contact for stakeholders across regions.
Support executive-level presentations, board reports, and project updates.
Support Coordination cross-functional initiatives between Facilities, HR, IT, and Finance.
4. Technology & Systems
Administer facilities management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
Support system upgrades, user training, and reporting automation.
