Results-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant with experience delivering ERP implementations, business process transformation, and client-focused solutions. Skilled in gathering business requirements, configuring D365 F&O modules, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Strong background in stakeholder management, solution design, user training, and end-to-end ERP project delivery.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Configure and prototype D365 F&O processes aligned with client operational and business needs
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analyses to identify solution requirements and process improvements
- Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in system design and customization
- Support implementation activities including configuration, testing, data validation, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Document business processes, functional specifications, configurations, and training materials
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution
- Work across cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Advanced Warehouse Management modules
- Assist clients in optimizing and standardizing operational processes through D365 F&O best practices
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives throughout project lifecycles
