This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and opportunities is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements. - Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. - Support the development and implementation of business process improvements. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business units and technical teams. - Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, actionable insights. - Experience in mapping current and future state business processes. - Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirements gathering and documentation.
