Overview Provide support mainly for indirect and direct tax compliance, tax reporting and transfer pricing compliance (amongst other activities) for Latam agencies. Responsibilities Tax Compliance: prepare, review, and coordinate the filing of monthly and annual tax returns, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local tax regulations and statutory deadlines. Tax Planning and Advisory: assist the Tax Supervisor in tax planning initiatives and tax reporting activities by analyzing the tax impact of business operations and supporting the implementation of tax-efficient strategies. Provide tax advisory support to LATAM CFOs and other business stakeholders regarding the tax implications of proposed transactions, investments, restructurings, and strategic initiatives. Transfer Pricing: ensure timely compliance with general tax obligations and transfer pricing requirements, including the preparation, review, and maintenance of supporting documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. Special Projects: participate in special tax projects, including process improvement initiatives, tax audits, regulatory implementations, and business transformation activities as assigned. Prevention and action plan: detect and assess potential tax contingencies, ensuring regulatory compliance and proposing actions to minimize the company's exposure. Collaboration: participate in the transition and unification of processes, ensuring operational continuity and tax compliance. Reporting: preparation of tax reports and monitoring of changes in tax regulations to ensure timely compliance. Qualifications Advanced university studies (80% progress) related to Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economy. English level B1/B2 (oral and written skills). From 3 to 5 years of experience in tax compliance processes. Excel knowledge. SAP knowledge is a plus. Experience working at Shared Services is a plus.
