You will lead organizational change management, communications, and training strategies to support the successful adoption of a new cloud-based integrated project services solution. Acting as a key change leader, you will engage with diverse stakeholders across ministries and agencies to align objectives, manage impacts, and build organizational readiness. The position requires strong expertise in change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and complex transformation environments. You will design and deliver structured communication and training programs that ensure smooth adoption and minimize resistance. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role where your work directly supports modernization of critical public infrastructure services across the province.
