Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Support and optimize MES, OEE, production reporting, digital workflows, and manufacturing applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve digital systems, data quality, cybersecurity compliance, and system reliability. Lead digital projects, Industry 4.0 initiatives, training programs, and adoption of digital tools across the site. Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, data pipelines, and analytics solutions to improve operational visiblity and business performance. Integrate MES, ERP, quality systems, historians, and manufacturing applications while ensuring reliable and secure data flow.
