This role is a high-impact, hands-on systems ownership position focused on driving the configuration, optimization, and governance of core revenue and professional services platforms. You will act as the go-to expert across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and Certinia PSA, ensuring seamless quote-to-cash and project-to-billing processes. The role sits at the intersection of sales operations, finance systems, and services delivery, enabling scalable and efficient revenue operations. You will play a key role in shaping pricing models, subscription logic, and services execution workflows across the business. Working in a fast-evolving SaaS environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and data/analytics.
