
TikTok Shop - Seller Management Strategy Lead(E-Commerce) - Thailand

About the team We are the Thailand TikTok Shop by Seller Management team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers to grow their businesses and succeed on TikTok Shop through seller incubation programs, education activities, campaign/ growth policies and subsidy programs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the path to success and create scalable playbooks for SMB sellers across all categories, including FMCG, Electronics, Lifestyle, and Fashion
- Cover wide gamut of business insights, including seller analysis, trends extraction, data interpretation, and insights generation.
- Design and perform analysis that uncovers seller insights necessary for making key business decisions in acquisition strategy.
- Define success criteria, OKR setting and new opportunities to grow different types of sellers
- Craft policy or package that will support sellers GMV growth, secure seller investments, and strengthen sellers' fundamentals on TikTok Shop platform; manage Seller Policy budget to be most effectively and efficiently use to grow platform's and sellers' key metrics
- Internal stakeholder management between Seller Management team, Cluster Team, and other Cross Functional teams to drive initiatives and resolve roadblocks
- Run routine key data tracking analysis, cadence meetings
- Manage Seller Management Strategy team and coach strategists to execute initiatives and deliver results effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Strong business problem breakdown and structured thinking.
- Data analytical capability: basic SQL / structured dataset reasoning.
- Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills; can present insights clearly.
- Ownership mindset: proactive mindset; constantly ask "what's next", curious, and solution-oriented.
- Proficiency in English and Thai
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in E-commerce role or Strategy role
- Experience in small team or medium management (2-5 people) with high caliber team members
