Performs diagnostic radiographs. Performs accurate documentation of patient medical records. Provides excellent patient care. Demonstrates excellent customer service. Performs other duties as assigned.
What you will do
- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and operate radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Develop and process radiologic film.
- Ensure radiologic equipment remains in working order. Report equipment malfunctions to Practice Manager or supervisor.
- Perform related administrative duties including completing necessary forms, labeling films and film envelopes and maintaining procedure logs.
- Retrieve radiologic orders from and input related data into the electronic medical record.
Education Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a Radiologic Technology program or equivalent. Required

Licenses and Certifications
- Radiography - American Registry Radiologic Technologist or eligible (If eligible, must become ARRT certified within one year of employment) . Required
- Basic Life Support Certified - American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire. Recertification every two years is Required
- South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association certified Required
