Customer Services Controller

[ENG]

Planning & Forecasting:

• Prepare planning for the Customer Service business unit (MBBP and FC’s), including Revenue, Sales Discounts and Costs of Goods Sold 
• Prepare and manage the budget for PDC costs 
• Ensure continuous alignment of plan and forecast with the business unit
• Prepare and submit the Risk Management plan in MBBP and FC after alignment with Business unit
   

Actuals Submission & Reporting:

• Ensure Timely submission and accuracy of Actuals in the internal reporting system on a monthly basis
• Prepare monthly financial report on Planning vs. Actual and report to the relevant stakeholders (business unit, HQ and management)

Financial Analysis & Discount and Variable Cost Controlling:

• Provide financial evaluation of special sales campaigns and performance incentive scheme 
• Monitor and track Customer Services discount spendings through the discount tracking tool and reports
• Review and validate payment calculation for dealer subsidy and variable bonus
• Provide financial analysis for business proposals from the business unit, including the evaluation of its profitability
• Contribute to financial/ efficiency aspects to review of strategic or operational business requirements and financially evaluate MBK Customer Service business unit’s growth measures. Consult and guide the business unit on the financial perspective.
• Plan, forecast and monitor key variable costs/provisions related to Customer Service to ensure validity of the planning assumptions

 

Pricing

• Analyze parts pricing logic and dealer discount scheme
• Review service product pricing, including evaluation of the pricing logic and assumptions
• Review digital product pricing, including evaluation of the pricing logic and assumptions

 

Process and Controls

• Involve in daily Customer Service operation to ensure business profitability as planned and to prevent a deviation from internal control process of MB Korea

• Implement and maintain solid processes to prevent audit findings and ICS deficiencies

• 계획 대비 실적(Planning vs. Actual) 월간 재무 보고서를 작성하고 관련 이해관계자(사업부, 본사, 경영진)에게 보고

• 특별 판매 캠페인 및 성과 인센티브 제도에 대한 재무적 평가 제공
• 할인 추적 도구 및 보고서를 활용하여 Customer Service 할인 비용 모니터링 및 관리
• 딜러 보조금(Dealer Subsidy) 및 변동 보너스(Variable Bonus) 지급액 검토 및 검증
• 사업부의 사업 제안에 대한 재무 분석 수행 및 수익성 평가
• 전략적 또는 운영적 사업 요구사항 검토 시 재무 및 효율성 측면에서 기여하고, MBK Customer Service 사업부의 성장 방안에 대한 재무적 평가 수행. 사업부에 재무적 관점의 자문 및 가이드 제공
• Customer Service 관련 주요 변동비 및 충당금(Provisions)을 계획, 예측 및 모니터링하여 계획 가정의 타당성 확보

• 부품 가격 정책 및 딜러 할인 제도 분석
• 서비스 상품 가격 검토 및 가격 산정 로직과 가정에 대한 평가 수행
• 디지털 상품 가격 검토 및 가격 산정 로직과 가정에 대한 평가 수행

 

Process and Controls

• 계획된 수익성 달성 및 MB Korea 내부통제 프로세스 이탈 방지를 위해 Customer Service 일상 운영에 참여
• 감사 지적사항(Audit Findings) 및 내부통제시스템(ICS) 미비점 발생 방지를 위한 견고한 프로세스 구축 및 유지

[ENG]

Education

• Minimum B.A. degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics

 

Experience 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A (Preferably in controlling at multinational company)

Specific knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multiple expectations
• Relevant automobile industry knowledge preferred
• Advanced proficiency in both Korean and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
