Your role 

We are looking for a motivated and talented intern to join our MD Integration Team. The role will support the management of new brand integrations within the company, with a strong focus on product systems, master data coordination, and management of the product lifecycle. The intern will also work closely with and support different stakeholders around the world, contributing to cross-functional and international collaboration.

1. Integration Management: Support the integration of products into company systems, ensuring the correct setup and coordination of brand-related information, while supporting the management of the brand and its lifecycle across the relevant product processes.
2. Analytics Management: Support the Team in weekly presentations, NPI KPIs monitoring, weekly reporting through Excel analysis, and the development of simple automations to improve data tracking and operational efficiency.
3. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to support cross-functional alignment, follow-up activities, and clear communication.

Main Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis, weekly reporting, presentations, and operational follow-up activities.
2. Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product, brand, and master data across company systems.
3. Interest in product systems, brand integration processes, and product lifecycle management, with the ability to support setup, monitoring, and coordination activities.
4. Good organizational skills, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
5. Curiosity and willingness to work with different stakeholders around the world, supporting international collaboration and alignment on integration activities.
6. Basic knowledge or previous exposure to product data management, master data processes, or related academic studies would be considered a plus.
7. Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of PLM/SAP or other product management systems would be a plus.
