Looking for a Digital Test Lead

1. Candidate must have experience in Digital & Mobility Hybris, Sitecore & WCS applications
2. Must be experienced working on a Digital & mobile commerce product and a portal
3. Product Requirements. Experience using perfecto mobile. Knowledge of Life & annuity insurance is a must.
4. Analyze & forecast/estimate test requirements
5. Plan h/w & s/w requirements
6. Prepare the Software Test Plan & Test Case
7. Review; Develop & Implement Test Plans
8. Arrange Test Bed setup
9. Ensure execution of Test Cases - assign tasks to all test team members and track daily execution
10. Coordinate between development and test teams for iterations, testing and deployment activities
11. Interfacing with Client senior managers, SMEs, Business and Client development teams for Requirements gathering, planning and reviews.
12. Collecting and Translating requirements to offshore team in detail after discussions with Client SMEs
13. Participate in artifacts Reviews & Walk-through.
14. Review/Approve of the offshore deliverables.
15. Weekly Status reporting to Client Managers.
16. Involvement in escalations.
17. One point of contact for the Business Users.
18. Co-ordination with Onsite and Offshore.
19. Preparation of RCA and Closure.
20. Identify Training needs for QA team
21. Test execution
