
Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Prime Video Japan
Job Description
Key job responsibilities
- Define audience strategy and full-funnel paid marketing plans
- Own media strategy, planning, buying and execution across paid channels (digital, offline – TV, Transit and OOH)
- Manage budgets rigorously across channels and ad formats (static and video) ensuring efficient spend and scaling
- Build and optimize campaign structure: account setup, bidding strategies, budget allocation, pacing, and scaling
- Lead audience planning: first-party data, re-targeting, and lookalikes
- Partner with product and data teams on tracking, tagging, and signal quality (conversion APIs, pixels, clean rooms)
- Own measurement and attribution: incrementality testing, geo experiments, MMM inputs
- Analyze performance deeply and translate data into clear actions to improve subscription growth, ROAS and LTV
- Drive creative effectiveness: testing frameworks, asset rotation, and channel learnings from performance-based iteration
- Lead and drive impact from agencies
- Present insights and strategy to senior management; influence cross-functional decisions

Prime Video is redefining digital video entertainment in Japan — and this role is at the center of it. You will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to drive acquisition and engagement for
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in online advertising/marketing/sales/digital media
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
- Expertise with ad platforms (Google Ads/ Meta/TikTok/DSPs) and campaign optimizations
- Experience in working with media agencies
- Experience in managing paid media budgets
- Experience in building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
- MBA
- Experience working at Entertainment/Tech/ Agency side
